Liked extremely helpful staff and huge hotel.

everything was modern, efficient service, incredible location near to the restaurant for lunch, activities in the area and a working vineyard.

i had the suite with all needed, the breakfasts were very very good and plentiful. the staff were extremely helpful and assisted me greatly.

I liked being there, the place is luxury and recently renovated.

The hotel was located right by the surrounding areas and a beautiful valley and a hill. The room was generous sized and new-fashioned, it had breathtaking views. Climate control, cable programming, tea and coffee making facilities were all available. The staffs were customer-oriented & very attentive. Stunning and gorgeous location by vineyards & striking mountains, met needs.

great stay but room could use a bit more attention

The beautiful villa was spacious and clean with a lovely large bathroom. The pool area offered fine views of the vineyards and mountains.

Some aspects of the room cleaning needed improvement.

The staff organized a pottery class for us.

The empanadas served at dinner were some of the best we've had in all of Argentina.

The spa services were fully booked during our entire stay, making it impossible to enjoy them.

The modern decor and tranquility of the surroundings made it accessible and enjoyable for seniors like me.

More accessible transportation options would be helpful.

It was just a perfect match for a momentary pause in Cafayate with excellent value for money. The views across the vines to the mountains were fine, making it even better. Consider trying the spa. It was very well-priced and professional.

My kids wished for a larger pool area for families.

Not quite what it claims to be

The views were fine and the architecture really caught my eye, you could say scenic perfection ya know. The pool was small but you could sit and enjoy a drink while looking at the mountains.

Not exactly a bargain for what you get there.

The fitness area and pool offered a relaxing retreat, though the outdoor pool was too cold to enjoy. Staff members were helpful, advising on local activities and dining options, though the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and the restaurant's food was underwhelming. It was a nice experience with fine scenery.

Excellent hotel with amazing amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool, free wi-fi, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped me with an early check-in. Highly recommend the pottery class with Edith!

I enjoyed the fine views from my room at Grace in Cafayate. The landscape of vineyards and mountains was amazing and made for perfect morning coffee moments. The staff were friendly, especially the restaurant crew, always attentive and eager to help. The food was a highlight, particularly the delicious empanadas served at dinner. I also appreciated the convenience of WhatsApp communication with reception, made planning excursions easy. The room cleanliness left much to be desired. There were dusty corners and some stained bedding that could use an upgrade. The spa services were fully booked , disappointing. I had hoped to relax there but ended up missing out. The transportation options into town were limited.
